"Our stay at this location was amazing all around!!"
Escape to a Margaritaville-inspired home on a scenic golf course where relaxation, fun and island vibes blend for the ultimate getaway. "When life gives you limes, make margaritas," at Margaritaville on the 1st Tee on Anderson Island!
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath entire upstairs home is steps away from the golf course and 1 min walk to Lakeshore Restaurant...or drop paddle boards into Lake Josephine (downstairs is a completely separate space.)
The space
"Margaritaville was the perfect family escape—bright, breezy and beyond comfy." - Jen, May 2025
Slip away to Margaritaville on the 1st Tee, a 20-minute ferry to an island paradise...no jet plane required! With beds for eight--or even 10--invite along friends and family to help find that long lost shaker of salt. "I love the art. Especially the owl, so cool."
Feel the big city stress melt away as you whip up a frozen concoction that would be sure to make you smile--and Jimmy Buffett grin--as you prepare to truly chill on island time. Anderson Island is 60 minutes south of Seattle...a world away from the hectic mainland .
Hang out with friends or loved ones at this inspired and comfortable upstairs home. (Important note is that downstairs is a completely separate mother-in-law with a quiet and respectful tenant. Given separate entrances and space, it is unlikely you would meet.).
So step onto the covered deck and into the hot tub, take a snooze in the hammock, fire up the grill and tiki torches, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Then slip inside to congregate around the live-edge bar, cue up a movie or a card game at a living room custom-built coffee table for relaxation and conversation. Or curl up with a book on the window nook...or the massage chair.
Dedicated work space available in the golf course room with wicked fast internet to assist in your remote work needs.
Steps away from the well-kept and delightful 9-hole Riviera Golf Course, the Pro Shop and 1st tee is literally seconds away. Meander down with one of our two paddle boards to the Riviera Lakeshore Restaurant, a 90 second walk and enjoy a sunset paddle on the lake, followed by beverages and dinner. Fishing for rainbow trout, bluegills and largemouth bass encouraged!
Venture out to savor island life with beach strolls, hikes in any of Anderson Island's seven nature parks, check out other resort amenities like frisbee golf or bring your tennis rackets. Experience island culture with frequent concerts, karaoke or bingo...or visit the pioneer Johnson Historical Farm Museum and Gift Shop where events like the annual Salmon Bake or Apple Squeeze take place.
When someone waves, wave back...its the island way! What guests are saying about the island: "Enjoyed exploring the farmers market, general store (small, but well stocked including a small deli and bakery), & later enjoyed live music at the farm. Fantastic experience!" -Jen ,August 2024
"Canoeing on the lake and hiking the local trails were a highlight! Laura is very communicative and we would definitely return for a peaceful getaway." - Sharon, October 2024
